Just in for DIY builders: one of my most trusted and frequently used 18650 battery sled designs. This is the same sled I’ve relied on in countless mods over the years, proven time and again for its durability and reliability in real builds—not just on the bench.

Each sled is my own original design and is 3D printed in polycarbonate (PC) filament, chosen specifically for its superior strength and higher heat resistance compared to standard materials. Every unit comes fully equipped with genuine Keystone battery contacts and includes a ribbon battery pull for easy battery removal.

Available in your choice of black or white PC material, this sled is ready to drop into your next custom build with confidence.
